Blogthings quizzes of the week

The City Walk Personality Test (not to be confused with a Citywalk personality test):

What Your City Walk Means

You are optimistic and hopeful. Sometimes you do get disappointed by expecting too much.

You tend to be organized, logical, and methodical. You’re so efficient, people often wonder how you get so much done.

The City Walk Personality Test

Well, I always knew I was a nut, but this makes it official:

You Are a Brazil Nut

To most people, you seem exotic, unusual, and even a bit scary.

But you’re really quite normal. You’re just hard to get to know.

If people leave you alone and let you do your thing, you really shine.

But you tend to get lost in a crowd, especially if it’s filled with big personalities.

What Nut Are You?

Looking for the key? Just answer two simple questions.

The Keys to Your Life

Anything good in your life comes from your ability to play and be free.

The best way for you to solve a problem is to let go of it.

Anything bad in your life comes from fooling yourself or clinging to illusions.

Be strong enough to see the world clearly. Learn from your mistakes.

The Keys To Your Life

It might be nice if the answers really were as easy to come by as they are on a Blogthings quiz…although sometimes they’re not really the right answers. I don’t usually post my results for those quizzes, though.

  1. I was a Brazil nut too. I guess it’s kind of accurate. I used to think of myself as a walnut before. I guess I was wrong. 🙂

  2. I did the first one and laughed. “How on earth could you confuse a 5 and a 50? One’s blue, the other’s pink. Not even close.”

Then I realized. Oh, yeah. American money.

Turns out I’m a hazelnut. (Which means I’m allergic to myself.)
    – unique, distinct, may freak some people out … I do get along with almost anyone, given the chance to wow them.

    Whatever all that means…

  3. Literary Feline – So, Wendy, are you going to let us know how your answers came out :-)?

Mike – Well, hello, fellow Brazil nut! For some reason, that makes me think of Carmen Miranda… I guess it’s better than being a peanut, though.

MaryP – American money is getting a little more colorful, but yes, it’s still predominantly green.

Turns out that my husband’s a hazelnut too. He’s not allergic, though. I can imagine that being allergic to yourself could complicate your life… :-).
