My three-hour cheerleading commitment has been officially fulfilled! If a blog was on my list and had posted at least one Readathon update today, I left a comment.
I’ve finished three books, although two of them were in one volume.
I’m undecided about what book to tackle next, but I’ve narrowed it down to three:
- When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead – because I just finished re-reading A Wrinkle in Time, and I’m pretty sure I could read it all before I quit for the night
- Notes From the Underwire by Quinn Cummings – because I haven’t read nonfiction for a while, and I might not feel like I have to finish it before I quit for the night
- The Chosen One by Carol Lynch Williams – just because
But while I’m trying to decide, I should probably eat something – and make some more coffee.
I should be in for at least another 3 – 4 hours – my 16-year-old is at a dance tonight, and my husband has to pick her up around 11:00, so I won’t be staying up on my own. We’ll see how things go after they get home – no promises after that!
